To get the statement I had to
match basic requirements and recommendations. Fortunately, I had a Mechanic
Service License for engines and planes weighting
5700 kg, layer features and gliders, as well as a Mechanic Repairer Licence
for gliders. I was also a glider pilot. I had great experience in glider
repairs and
overhauls, and that was because before I was working in Margański's
workshop as the leader of repairs and restorations, and later as a quality
controller
while building the S-1 Swift glider. Next year I got a permission for holding
overhauls and repairs on laminate gliders, such as Junior, Puchacz, Jantar
Std 3, Jantar 1, Jantar Std 2, but the amount of overhauls and repairs was
limited to 5 tome, after making which I had to write reports and finally after
positive marks from local CAIB District I could make all of the repairs and
overhauls without restrictions.
In the year 1995 the certificates for making services and glider overhauls for
other users were introduced and after controlling of my company by commision
formed by the Main CAIB Inspector at 06.11.1995 I got the Certificate no. 07/95
for making technical services and repairs. On 23.03.2007 I got a PART 145 certificate no. 008 as a repairs and overhauls company first in Poland.
