The L4H plane is a military version of PIPER-CUB J3C plane, which was made in USA in late 30's of the last century.
In 1938 a Continental A-65 engine was added to it, and in 1941 military aircraft bought first ones of those planes as connection planes cooperating with artilery.
L-4 planes were taking part in war activities since the Japanesse attack on Pearl Harborand were fighting in continuing ativities on all the 2nd World War fronts, only without the Eastern Front.
